South Sudanese big man Ater Majok was one of the top players during the opening weekend of action in the Basketball Africa League (BAL) in Dakar, Senegal.
Majok tallied 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks to help lead US Monastir of Tunisia to a 77-71 victory over Ferroviario da Beira of Mozambique. We'll hear from Majok on Monday's show. The BAL is a partnership between the International Basketball Federation, FIBA, and the National Basketball Association, the NBA. Also on the program, we'll hear from the NBA's Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics, who scored a season-high 54 points on Sunday.
