Africa News Tonight: Health agencies warn that viral hepatitis could kill more people by 2040 than HIV, tuberculosis and malaria combined if it remains a neglected and underfunded disease. A member of Tunisia’s security services opened fire on Jewish pilgrims and fellow officers at the festival of Lag B’omer on the island of Djerba, killing four people and wounding several others before police fatally shot him. And separate outbreaks of Marburg virus disease have been reported in Equatorial Guinea in early February and late March in Tanzania, causing 12 deaths so far.
