Africa News Tonight – Aid Groups Celebration Ethiopia Peace Deal; Nigeria Searches for Katsina Abducted Teenagers
November 3, 2022
Coming up on Africa News Tonight:
Global aid groups say they are pleased with the peace agreement signed by representatives of Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s administration and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front, a development which they say will help them as they prepare to return to the Horn of Africa nation to address health emergencies in the war-struck region.
Nigerian authorities say they are searching for 21 teenagers and children — the majority of whom are girls — abducted by armed men from a farm in Katsina state.
