Analysis: Niger President Mohamed Bazoum is Losing Resources in Detainment

A Niger presidential advisor says that ousted President Mohamed Bazoum is running out of food two weeks after he was deposed in a military coup. Since the July 26 coup, he has been under house arrest at the presidential palace in Niamey with his wife and son.
Additionally, the advisor says that the family is living without electricity and has only rice and canned goods left to eat.
