Russia on Monday announced that it was withdrawing from the Black Sea Grain Deal with Ukraine, sending shockwaves through some of the poorest countries in the world. The refusal to extend the United Nations-brokered deal will especially affect people in places where famine and poverty are a problem because the prices for grain will increase.
