ICC Rejects Philippine Government’s Move to Block Duterte Drug War Inquiry

The International Criminal Court is moving ahead with its investigation of possible crimes against humanity during the drug war launched by former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. On Tuesday, it rejected a government appeal to block the probe. Families of those killed during the anti-drug campaign are praising this latest development.
