Thousands of farmers in Turkey are leaving their land and moving to the cities. The lack of rainfall, the war in Ukraine, and the skyrocketing costs of production have been catastrophic. Servan and his family have deep ties to their land, which they have been cultivating for 120 years. It is both their joy and pride. Yet, as Servan can no longer make ends meet, he must decide whether to sell and move to the city. Besides his internal struggle, he also has to face his family’s long history with the land.
