STORYLINE:
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that he will be able to travel more now that he has been vaccinated.
Speaking during a meeting with cultural workers via video conference, Putin said he will visit more places in person when he has developed antibodies.
Putin was inoculated against COVID-19 on Tuesday but not on camera.
It's prompted questions about whether this will boost comparatively low immunization rates in Russia.
Putin's spokesperson said he was feeling fine after getting the shot.
