Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, TMSC, produces 92% of the world’s most advanced semiconductors. A conflict here will have disastrous effects on global manufacturing.

TMSC shares fell nearly 3% on Tuesday as U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi landed in Taipei in a visit she said demonstrated American solidarity, defying China’s stark warnings.
